Introducing the Micro Grid Fleece Hoody from LightHeart Gear, based in North Carolina. From a wide range of colors, we've chosen a cute two-tone design! While active insulation like Octa and Alpha are gaining popularity, traditional fleece like this offers overwhelming advantages in terms of stretchiness and durability.

As it's a thin fleece, it can be used all year round: for warmth during high-altitude hikes and camping in summer, and as a mid-layer even in winter. The turtleneck-style hood can be tightened with a drawcord for extra neck warmth, and worn as a balaclava when pulled over the head.

Additionally, the raglan sleeves (with seams running from the collar to the armpit), common in sportswear, allow for easy arm and shoulder movement, and are a great feature as you don't need to worry about shoulder width.

Sizing: 164cm, slender, female, wearing size S

I chose size S because it has thumbholes and long sleeves. While size M was fine around the hem and body width, the sleeves were too long and bunched up.
