Staff (164cm/slim build): UK size 08

Rab products use UK sizing.
Also, depending on the model, Rab items come in slim or regular fits. As the store manager, I usually choose a UK M for slim-fit models and a UK S for regular-fit models.

Since this is a regular fit, I opted for a UK S.
I recommend choosing one size down from your usual size.
