With the recent warm winters, fluffy, warm outerwear has become less common, and I think that a medium-weight fleece like this is the most comfortable to wear. I wear it as is in early autumn and early spring, and it works great as a mid-layer during the harsh winter. Because it's a jacket type, it doesn't overlap with the hood of my outerwear, making it very comfortable.

Since it is not active insulation, you need to be careful not to overheat during strenuous exercise. This fleece is perfect for keeping warm in cold climates, hiking without breaking a sweat, or just wearing around town, so it's a must-have item.

[Size]

Rab uses UK sizing. Depending on the model, Rab products come in slim fit or regular fit, and the store manager often chooses UK size M for slim fit models and UK size S for regular fit models.

This Stavel Jacket is a regular fit, so we recommend going down one size from your usual size.

The store manager is 170cm tall and weighs 68kg, and the size that fits him is UK S (JPN M).

I chose the UK size S, expecting to wear an outer layer over it during the harsh winter months.
