The blended fabric of merino wool x recycled polyester, the comfort provided by the unevenness of the fabric, and its environmental friendliness are all well-balanced and highly integrated.

The uneven striped pattern has raised sections that are soft to the touch and absorbent, and recessed sections that are highly quick-drying and quickly wick away sweat. As it's sleeveless, it's recommended to wear as an inner layer under a hiking shirt, especially for summer hikes, running, cycling, and more!

ALL ELEVATION, meaning "all elevations"

In other words, a versatile base layer that can be worn in any scene.

STATIC proposes natural materials for skin-contact layers, minimizing the use of petroleum-derived fibers as much as possible. Merino wool keeps you warm in winter and releases heat in summer. For outdoor use, it is a high-performance fiber with not only heat retention but also moisture regulation, odor resistance, and a comfortable feel.

We were looking for a fabric that could be used comfortably even in spring and summer when there is a lot of perspiration, using merino wool. The answer we arrived at was the ALL ELEVATION blended fabric of merino wool and recycled polyester yarn.

- A hybrid fiber that combines the best of wool and synthetic fibers, with polyester filaments wrapped in wool fiber bundles.
- The front body is made of a smooth jersey knit fabric that prevents transparency and reduces skin problems during prolonged activity.
- The sides and back are made of a highly breathable mesh fabric that can be worn comfortably even in midsummer.
- Flat seams are used for a smooth feel against the skin.

In collaboration with wool specialists in Bishu, the ALL ELEVATION fabric has become softer to the touch and easier to wear while retaining its original characteristics.

The uneven striped mesh structure provides high breathability, and recycled polyester yarn enhances quick-drying properties. Wearing a wind shell over it further increases heat retention, making it an item that can be used both as an inner layer and on its own.

Naturally, it features shrink-proofing, using non-chlorine resin shrink-proofing.

Environmentally Friendly Shrink-Proofing

Non-chlorine resin shrink-proofing does not remove scales; instead, it modifies hydrophobic scales to be hydrophilic and attaches hybrid collagen to prevent scales from tangling and shrinking. Also, it does not use resin.

In terms of biodegradability, it is also safer than chlorine resin processing, and the fabric that touches the skin is only wool fiber, not resin. Furthermore, by leaving the scales that control the moisture-regulating properties of wool, we have been able to create wool products that fully utilize the inherent functions of wool fibers. It can be said that this is an eco-friendly shrink-proofing process that utilizes wool fibers as much as possible.

I also cannot forget the words of the developer at the shrink-proofing factory who told me, "Since we don't use chlorine, it's safe for the health of our employees."
