This air mesh pad is made from 9mm thick monofilament (single fiber) polyester from Korea, which is highly breathable, so it is firm and strong and will maintain its shape even when compressed.

It has just the right amount of bounce, so it won't sag even after long use and its elasticity won't decrease. Back pads can get clogged with snow, which can be inconvenient when you're heading to a snowy mountain, but since this is an add-on pad, you can remove it when not in use. The fabric around the edge of the pad is made of Spectra, which is highly waterproof and tear-resistant, making it extremely durable.
