Rab uses UK sizing. Depending on the model, Rab products come in slim fit or regular fit, and the store manager often chooses UK size M for slim fit models and UK size S for regular fit models.

The Sonic Hoody is a regular fit, so we recommend going down one size from your usual size.

The store manager is 170cm tall and weighs 68kg, and the size that fits him is UK S (JPN M).
