It's perfect for trail running, fast hiking, and adventure racing. This 20L size is highly recommended not only for races, but also for everyday hikes, commuter runs, and rides. It's also great for sudden rain showers and has a comfortable size. For everyday use and day trips, I recommend the 20L.
