Ridge Mountain has released a wide-brimmed hat! I love hats in general, but I especially love hats. I trust them not only for their fashionable appearance, but also for sun protection. However, they are extremely vulnerable to wind, so a chin strap is essential. However, on windless days or when traveling, the strap can often get in the way. I love this hat because the chin strap is removable, so I can take it on or off depending on where I'm going and the weather!

The newly released "Field Hat" features a larger peak in response to user demand for more effective sun protection. This provides ample protection for the face and neck from strong sunlight. Crafted from durable yet lightweight ripstop nylon, it's designed to be comfortable even when worn for extended periods. The interior features a moisture-wicking, quick-drying sweatband to reduce discomfort caused by sweat. It also comes with an adjustable drawcord for a customizable fit.

However, the large brim has the disadvantage of being susceptible to wind. It may not be recommended to wear a hat on high mountain ridges or in windy environments, as there is a risk that the hat will be blown away. In such cases, you will need to take measures such as attaching a chin strap to protect against the wind.

The Field Hat really shines in situations where there is little wind impact, such as hiking in low mountains, walking through the forest, everyday walks, and sightseeing while traveling.

Made from nylon recycled from textile waste.

This material combines the soft feel of nylon with the cotton-like feel of the fluffy Taslan yarn, while retaining the tough strength unique to nylon. The surface of the ripstop fabric is water-repellent.

The sweatband is made of COOLMAX® fabric.

Made of 100% polyester pique material, it is quick-drying and has UV protection (UPF 40+).

- Turn the product inside out, place it in a laundry net and wash it alone.
