This product is based on the "Basic Cap" and has the same size, but the material on the head has been changed to mesh so that it can be worn comfortably even in summer.
The design of the main body is a basic six-piece design. The visor and forehead parts are made of the same material as the Basic Cap, but the top quarter is made of mesh material.

In contrast to the shallow body and short brim design of cycle caps, we aimed for a spacious, deep brim that is just the right length to provide sun protection without being too affected by the wind.
Before making this cap, I tried on several outdoor manufacturer caps, but none of them felt too shallow for me and didn't fit all the way to the base of my ears. In windy situations, I would feel very stressed out over the fact that I was constantly worrying about the cap blowing off. This is because I have a large head size (head circumference), and I'm not trying to criticize their products.
I designed this "Basic Cap" to be a cap that I can wear comfortably and without stress, as I have a slightly larger head. Therefore, the head size (head circumference) is a little looser than a regular cap.
【material】
The cap's bill and forehead are made of Toray's Stunner®, a 100% nylon material that is water-repellent, windproof, and breathable. It protects against wind and rain while preventing discomfort caused by sweating, and also has excellent durable water-repellent properties.
Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look similar to a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a nice firm texture.
The head section is made of extremely strong 100% nylon mesh material, which is also used in stab-proof vests. It is not a soft mesh, but has a certain amount of tension. It combines both strength and breathability.
