The RB36 Backpack is constructed with premium materials ideal for fastpacking, including Challenge UltraWeave™ 200 fabric, Ultra Stretch™ Mesh, and PU-coated Tie-Dyed Nylon.

UltraWeave™ is constructed from an optimized blend of UHMWPE and high-strength polyester. This tight weave is laminated to our revolutionary Challenge RUV™ film with an environmentally friendly adhesive. The result is a textile that is incredibly strong, lightweight, and waterproof to 200 psi.

ULTRA™ performs in the harshest environments, from sub-zero temperatures to tropical climates. Ultra Stretch™ mesh combines Ultra (UHMWPE) fibers with nylon 6-6 and spandex for exceptional flexibility. PU-coated tie-dye ripstop nylon is a high-performance fabric that's lightweight, comfortable, waterproof, and durable.
