The blend of merino wool and recycled polyester fabric, the comfort provided by the fabric's uneven texture, and its environmental friendliness are all well-balanced and of high quality. The recessed areas are thin to increase breathability, while the raised areas come into contact with the skin to wick away sweat, ensuring warmth before and after activity and during breaks.

When it's warm enough for short sleeves, you can wear this as a single layer with a wind shell, and in colder weather, it can be used as an inner layer, making it a versatile piece that can be worn year-round without needing to change your wardrobe!

ALL ELEVATION, meaning "all elevations"

In other words, a versatile base layer that can be worn in any situation.

 STATIC offers natural materials for layers that touch the skin, avoiding petroleum-derived fibers as much as possible. Merino wool keeps you warm in winter and releases heat in summer. For outdoor use, it is a high-performance fiber with not only heat retention but also moisture regulation, odor control, and a pleasant feel.

We were looking for a fabric made of merino wool that could be comfortably used even in spring and summer when there is a lot of perspiration. The answer we arrived at was the ALL ELEVATION blend fabric of merino wool and recycled polyester yarn.

ALL ELEVATION re-engineered in Bishu

Partnering with wool experts in Bishu, we've maintained the original features of the ALL ELEVATION fabric while making it softer and more comfortable to wear.

The uneven striped mesh structure provides high breathability, and recycled polyester yarn enhances quick-drying properties. When worn with a wind shell, it further increases warmth, making it an item that can be used both as an inner layer and on its own.

In addition to shrink-proofing, we have adopted a chlorine-free resin shrink-proofing process.

- The raised areas are slightly thicker, coming into contact with the skin to wick away sweat and ensuring warmth before and after activity and during breaks.

- Enhanced quick-drying properties by blending polyester, with outdoor use in mind.

- Only female models have slits at the hem and a longer back length.

[Environmental considerations]

Environmentally friendly shrink-proofing

The non-chlorine resin shrink-proofing process does not remove the scales but rather modifies the hydrophobic scales to be hydrophilic, and then attaches hybrid collagen to prevent the scales from tangling and shrinking. Furthermore, it does not use resin.

It also offers peace of mind regarding biodegradability compared to chlorine resin processing, and the fabric that touches the skin is only wool fibers, not resin. Moreover, by retaining the scales that control wool's adjustability, we have been able to create a wool product that fully utilizes the inherent functions of wool fibers. It can be said that this is an eco-friendly shrink-proofing method that utilizes wool fibers as much as possible.

I can't forget the words of the developer at the shrink-proofing factory, who told me, "Since we don't use chlorine, it's safe for the health of our employees."

- Reduction of CO2 emissions during yarn manufacturing by using recycled polyester.

- Cutting waste generated during product manufacturing is not discarded but recycled and used as material for other products.
