[Manager's comment]

This henley neck is part of STATIC's new DoubleCell series for Spring/Summer 2024. The great thing about this henley neck is that it doesn't feel like you're wearing it for the mountains. It's a T-shirt that can be worn as everyday wear. Its soft, thermal-like feel provides just the right amount of warmth, making it perfect for high-altitude hiking!

Size: 170cm 65kg, wearing size M, relaxed fit

(It's not impossible to wear a size S, but it's a tight fit and makes it difficult to move around.)

[Features] * Manufacturer excerpts

A unique series of new functions developed in collaboration with specialized domestic factories.

This eco-friendly fabric has a three-layer structure that uses yarn (recycled polyester) that is left over in factories and is waiting to be discarded, with the mesh structure on the front and back connected with thread to create space.

While providing warmth and heat dissipation, the fabric itself is not brushed, which has the added benefit of minimizing the emission of microplastics.

It's a special fabric that's neither fleece nor a summer T-shirt, but can be used as both.

It is useful during times when warm and cold air mix, such as spring, early summer, and autumn.

[Environmental]

"ByeHello" Project

STATIC runs a recycling program called "ByeHello," which collects polyester product scraps and used products, spins them into recycled polyester yarn, and delivers new products.

Products that have the words "Regenerate me!" on the care label are eligible for this program.

STATIC's sustainable system for outdoor products involves minimizing waste generation, incinerating it, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and recycling raw materials.

The importance of using recycled materials

In the "life cycle of clothing," from raw material procurement to disposal after wear, the raw material procurement process accounts for the largest amount of CO2 emissions, accounting for approximately 50% of the total. In other words, reducing CO2 emissions during raw material procurement will significantly reduce the environmental impact over the "life cycle of clothing." In the case of pre-consumer recycled nylon (*), there are examples where CO2 emissions have been reduced by as much as 75%, so we believe that using recycled materials as much as possible and choosing and wearing such clothing is an important action.

- Use of recycled materials contributes to reducing CO2 emissions during yarn production

- The waste generated during manufacturing is recycled and used as material for other products.

- Tags and names are made from 100% recycled polyester or cotton
